Ahafo Regional Family Meeting: Strengthening Unity and Collaboration

Over the weekend, a fruitful family meeting was held in the Ahafo Region, bringing together key stakeholders of our great party — ministers, government appointees, Members of Parliament, the council of elders, and both regional and constituency executives. The gathering served as an important platform for party members to socialize, exchange ideas, and deliberate on issues affecting the party and the welfare of its members.

The meeting was chaired by the respected elder statesman and Member of Parliament for Asutifi South, Hon. Alhaji Collins Dauda, whose leadership and wisdom guided the discussions effectively. His commitment to unity, mentorship, and collective growth continues to inspire the next generation of leaders within the party.

Also in attendance was Hon. Eric Opoku, Minister for Food and Agriculture and Member of Parliament for Asunafo South. His unwavering dedication to party unity, grassroots empowerment, and national development remains a great source of inspiration. His leadership has been a strong pillar not only for the Ahafo Region but also for the broader national agenda of development and inclusion.

Hon. Haruna Mohammed, Member of Parliament for Asunafo North, expressed deep appreciation to the Ahafo Regional Minister for initiating this important engagement — a true reflection of her commitment to party cohesion and grassroots mobilization. The Regional Minister’s initiative demonstrates the importance of collaboration and dialogue in strengthening the foundation of the party at both the regional and national levels.

The meeting concluded on a note of optimism and renewed energy. Participants reaffirmed their shared vision of unity, hard work, and service to the people. As Hon. Haruna Mohammed emphasized, unity remains the bedrock of sustainable progress and effective leadership.

Together, we move stronger — building a united, progressive, and people-centered Ahafo Region.
